Q. Do you ship?
A. Yes, we do. We charge actual postage rates.
Q. Can I order online?
A. Yes. Although we do not have a shopping cart set up yet, you can contact us and place your order.
Q. How do you charge me for online orders?
We bill you in one of two ways.
1. We can send you a paypal invoice through your e-mail. Once paypal has cleared, your parcel will be shipped to you.
2. Or if you prefer, you can send a cheque or money order through the mail. Once your cheque or money order has cleared, we will ship out your parcel.
Q. I see you carry some Louet yarns and equipment. Can I order a spinning wheel or loom through your store?
A. Yes, we can bring in any Louet items. As our physical store is relatively small, we cannot stock larger items due to size restrictions.
